The Italian version of this document prevails: the translations are here so you can read it in your own language, and in case of doubt the Italian text governs. For any question write to us — we answer in your language.
Who handles your data
The data controller is AD Studio di Andrea e Dennis, with its registered office at Via Garibaldi 25, 46019 Viadana (MN), Italy.
For anything concerning your data you can write to info@adstudio-mantova.it or call 370 336 4448. Somebody from the studio answers, not an outside service.
What data we collect
The site collects only what we need in order to answer you.
- Data you enter in the contact form: name, company if you write it, email address and the text of the message. That is four fields and they are all there are: we do not ask for a phone number, a budget or a deadline.
- Technical server data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested and browser type. These are the ordinary operating logs that every server produces.
- Aggregated visit statistics, collected with Vercel Web Analytics: page visited, referring site, approximate country and city, operating system, browser and device type. No cookies, no identifier that follows you from one site to another, and the link between one visit and the next is discarded after twenty-four hours.
We use no profiling cookies, we install no advertising pixels and we load no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. The site’s typefaces are hosted on our own domain.
Why we handle it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and assess a possible commission. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- To keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f).
- To understand which pages work, through aggregated statistics without cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries that do not become a commission: twenty-four months from the last exchange.
- Enquiries that do become a commission: for the duration of the relationship and for the ten years that follow, as tax and civil law require.
- Technical server logs: twelve months at most.
Who else sees it
Your data is never sold and never passed on to anybody. It is handled only by the providers that let us run the site, appointed as data processors under Article 28:
- Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and keeps its technical logs.
- Resend, which delivers the emails generated by the contact form to our inbox.
Both may also handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
What rights you have
You may ask us at any time to give you access to your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a machine-readable format, or to object to processing founded on legitimate interest. An email to info@adstudio-mantova.it is enough: we answer within thirty days.
If you believe your data is being handled badly, you may turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.
Whether giving your data is compulsory
It is not. But without a name, an email address and a description of the project we are not able to answer you: those are the three required fields in the form, and the company is optional.
The form has no consent checkbox, and it does not need one: by writing to us you are asking for a quote, and handling your data in order to answer is a pre-contractual measure at your request — Article 6(1)(b) above. You can still ask us to erase it at any time, and we do.
